Fantastic car/RV/boat cooler

Perfect size, easy to use, without disturbing your ice cubes. Less than br more than we just finished a 14 day road trip through the southwest and the fresh feeling is a game changer. Access to the hotel rooms is easy by car. Keep everything cool and dry. Dairy products are fine too.

Perfect for my bucket list trip!

The refrigerator/freezer was purchased for a 3 week trip to the east coast. We did all kinds of things from car camping to hotels to staying with friends. I use the refrigerator function to refrigerate food and drinks. It works very well. Two weeks later, when I bought candy to give to a friend, I switched to frozen mode. It's also perfect. The size and light were perfect until I filled it up, which was to be expected. I like that it can be used anywhere with a car cigarette lighter or a normal outlet. It can maintain the temperature you set very well. Sometimes the temperature drops and that's okay. Less than big if you are looking for a refrigerator/freezer for travel or other reasons, I highly recommend this one.

Keeps shorting out on me smoke in cord

I like that it is smaller, but after a month the cable got hot and I wanted to replace it for no apparent reason.

Efficient, great for travel

can't comment on its lifespan as I only used it for a few days, but after letting it stand for 12 hours (following the instructions) I plugged the AC cord into the Kill-a-. The watt power monitor and fill the can about half. Remove and add new (hot) jars from time to time to simulate usage. It consumes 970 watt-hours in 106 hours at an ambient temperature of 68 degrees Fahrenheit (including initial cooling to 33 degrees Fahrenheit), with an average power consumption of 9.2 watts. My typical 3-day weekend trip takes about 50Ah of battery, less if you add a solar panel. The pre-chilled cooler and contents also help reduce energy demand. Br smaller than larger than smaller than br larger The instructions for this device are located on the control panel, so it is easy to use and you don't have to worry about carrying the user manual for the device. -- - the surface is mostly smooth, without large unevenness in the corners. The top and sides are very cool, so if you use it in hot weather, we recommend purchasing a cover for efficiency.

Really like this cooler

like this cooler so much that I also bought an external battery to save my car battery, so I usually use it with a 12V power cord and a battery. The biggest obstacle I encountered was understanding temperature management. I have trouble keeping frozen items frozen until the temperature drops below 32 degrees (set at 26 degrees). Once I did, I was able to successfully go from the grocery store to my house. It can freeze even in the hot Georgia summer months. Br less than greater than br greater than As mentioned above, my main use is to transport items around the house without unzipping. It is usually an ice cream product that remains in paste almost every season (except winter) when you take it home. So you can choose the best ones, pack them in a refrigerator, take them home and place them in the freezer in the same frozen state as in the store. Younger than br older than br older than My 16 year old daughter likes this too. She accompanied me the last time I went for ice cream, and now she's very good at wrapping it well herself.
