Not producing ice

The device appears to have no way to make ice. The water circulates in the plate without freezing. I tried restarting several times and it only automatically defrosted after one cycle. When contacting customer service, the cable always breaks before connecting, preventing me from returning to repair or ask questions.

This ice machine has worked exceptionally well at our riverside hotel, making ice cubes every quarter of an hour. The 35 pound tank is full of ice early in the morning. Provides two ways to add water, both to support access to the water pipe, and to manually add water on top. Equipped with a drain to remove melted ice, and built-in cleaning function, simple and worry-free maintenance.

It work’s amazingly well

This product has been used for about a month and I really love the results! In just five minutes, it quickly makes ice on thin ice and also maintains a continuous ice-making state. The point is that it turns off more than it runs and saves much more electricity than the ice maker we used before. Please note that installation requires a floor drain as it does not come with a pump. Furthermore, its size is short. Please consider the height when installing into an existing cabinet.
