We purchased this icemaker after moving in to our new home. It wasn’t making ice as the directions said it would. We emailed the company & received an immediate response. They gave us some tips on troubleshooting the problem, but still no ice. After letting them know the machine was not working properly, they sent a new one out with no hesitation. We hooked the new one up, & within 10 minutes, we were making ice. Thank you for the great customer service, and we love our new icemaker!! We will definitely pass on to our new neighbors!!

Holds about 3 bags of ice from the gas station at all times
Excellent product. Not as loud as the old one. Ice cubes are bigger and more solid.
I AM GETTING AN E2 CODE WHAT DO I DO?I HAVE TURNED OFF MACHINE LET SIT AND TURNED BACK ONI PURCHASED THIS MACHIN EIN OCOTBER OF 2024 AND NOW 1ST WEEK OF DECEMBER THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING
