I purchased one in Feb but stopped running since April. email them for repair but very slow and keep asking me to send video clip. Just resent again and again and couldn't get any further repair solutions or technician support.....It is now sitting as a decoration :-( I'm going to throw it away.

Lifesaver for apartment with no w/d hookups
Bought this because I'm anti-laundromat and air drying's a drag. This is practically a regular dryer. Smaller loads, sure, but some dry in under an hour. Heavier stuff like blankets takes longer. Hot air hose? Nah, I let it blow inside since the lint catcher's indoors.

Convenient
Initial hiccup, fixed belt, now it's a speedy dryer. Thought it'd be slow, but it heats up fast and gets the job done.

Does the job but takes a long time to dry and increased my electric bill. Prefer going to the laundromat for more savings. Now only use it for my infant's clothing.
I ordered one of their dryers through Walmart. They never shipped it out. Waited over a week just to find out. They do not respond to you when you email or chat. Terrible customer service. Don’t use them.
Got this parked by my kitchen window, vent game strong. Even lets out warm air, cozy vibes in winter. Easy upkeep, space smart. Handles a solid load, sheets, clothes, towels. Thrilled with this pick!
I'm digging the sleek look, super quiet, and convenient setup. It's doing the job well, fingers crossed it keeps up. Tossed a towel in to test the waters, running smooth so far. Aces on the quiet front too. If you're in a dryer-less apartment, this is your ticket. Found a sweet spot in my wall closet.
The phone has excellent performance and smooth operation. It's really worth the money.
After transcription:
The phone is powerful, smooth and very cost effective.
With stable operation and wide applicability, the waste sugar dryer has won the favor of many companies. Its advantages are obvious, such as simple operation, reasonable structural design and diversified selection of heat sources, in fact, we can't help but admire them. When selecting, be sure to consider as a whole and select regular manufacturers to ensure the drying effect and quality of service.

The value for money of this product left me skeptical at first, but after using it I completely changed my mind. I was surprised by the performance of the dryer. It runs so quietly, even quieter than the new air conditioner in my house. The clothes dried quickly and the volume was much more adequate than I expected.

Cleaning tools down to the last detail. Truly a practical option!
This product is of high quality, warm without losing breathability, not easy to deform after wearing and washing. Easy installation and low energy consumption, ideal for small residential spaces.
The product arrived very deformed, with irregular surfaces and sunken in the center. The damage was apparently caused by excess weight on the top. This is simply a defective product. Don't let it waste your time and money.
The gray washer allowed me to match the dryer of the same color. The search process wasn't easy, but in the end it came together perfectly. The compact design allows me to easily handle laundry tasks at home. I no longer need time to run the laundry.

This review is about the experience of using a clothes dryer. Here is a transcript of its content:
The level of satisfaction is high and, despite some shortcomings, overall performance remains excellent. The machine needs to be fixed. I choose the flexible support scheme. The clothes washing effect is good, especially the use of the drying function, the efficiency is amazing, even heavy denim is easy to handle. Cleaning and maintenance are simple. The sound rises with increasing load when used, but is still within acceptable limits. This purchase, I am very satisfied.

The quality of this product really pleasantly surprised me. The packaging is strict and the double-layer protection shows the seller's heart for the goods. Through thousands of miles, safely delivered in advance, this care and respect moves.
