Thank youReceived this 23 Quart 12V Portable Refrigerator today and the 12/24V DC cigarette charger was damaged and did not work. Running fridge in company truck on the AC charger and first impressions is it works as described. Where do you go to get a replacement 12/24V DC cigarette charger? There is NO customer service phone #?

Used this chest for a 4 day camping trip and worked great. Keep temp we set at the whole time. Also tested out in house prior for several days on different temps and worked great. I would highly recommend this chest.

I have this in the back of my Toyota 4Runner in Florida, so far it’s doing an amazing job holding temperature and have it plugged into a Jackery power station that shows wattage output, seems to average around 35w set at 40 degrees on eco mode. I work outside out of my car and this is a lifesaver and I don’t know how I lived without one! Also runs extremely quiet!

Been using this cooler for almost a year , usually about 4 -5 days a month in my truck and on my porch at my out of State Farm , works great from keeping it cool to keeping it frozen , the only problem with the design is the handles could be a little better design.
