Keeps food cold or frozen even ice cream! This thing has been in my semi truck for 2 years it's always on except for when cleaning it gets beaten on all day by bumps in the road and still works great! I was not expecting this to last 6 months blew me away at 1 year and I couldn't be happier with it.
Purchase this for camping to put in my car I keep it in the house plugged up for extra water when I'm not using it in the camper Great cooler
After only approximately 200 hours of sporadic use in an RV, the product has become unreliable. It will perform normally for 8 to 14 hours before it stops cooling. The unit was tested on both the AC and 12v power cords with the same result. There was a lot of food wasted because temperature increased to 60 degrees before it was noticed the next morning.
The fridge arrived packaged well, on time, and there was no damage to the unit. Instructions were very clear. The machine does not sweat on the outside. Has a convenient basket, and temperature control is not complicated. The thing I want to express most, the support staff was RESPONSIVE and very easy to work with. The cigarette adapter the supplied does not work in my power port - not all power ports are built the same. It did work in other ports but not where I needed it, and would use it, the most. They offered a working solution, and I am HAPPY., I would buy this well priced cooler again!
Purchased in 2020 during the pandemic to use in a Ford Transit Connect we bought used, converted to a camper, to get out and about. Was used off and on for camping since then. However, in Oct 2023 we sold our home and are now full time rv living. Since Oct 23 the refer has been in our Gazebo as part of the outdoor kitchen. We live in Arizona and this summer (2024) has been HOT!! Over 100 days of 100+° and our great little continues to keep our white wine and other kitchen goodies cold. I know the owners manual warns you not to keep the unit in extreme heat conditions but we did not have a choice. Our Grand Design Imagine has a small refer. The has been a life saver and has performed incredibly!! Don't see this level of quality and performance often now days. One small issue was the handle that opens the lid did break, but with some finesse it continues to latch. RECOMMEND!
