I bought the 53qt and it worked great till it didn’t. I was using it in the vehicle when I smelled an electrical smell. When I checked the cooler it stopped working. So I contacted the company and they had me take a video to show them it wasn’t wet irking by going through the steps of running it. Once I sent them the video they could see that it was obvious it was not working at all. They didn’t want the cooler back and sent me another new one at no cost and asked that I use it and let them know how it was working and they let me know they wanted customer satisfaction. I recommend the product as it works great.

I waited till I had this for a full year an on November 16 2023I bought this an I'm a Trucker I haulIntermodal an I'm in an out of railyards regularly an this fridge gets shook like crazy in my truck daily the rail is rough, An from being in the rail to running a dedicated run 6 days a week on the road, I use this fridge 24/7 when I'm home on my one day off a week. I leave it running in my truck an it keeps all my food an drinks cold It's by the best one I've ever owned , in my opinion the company did a great job building this fridge I am absolutely 100% satisfied with fridges an I've tried many since I been a trucker for 20+ years an before this one I couldn't never find a fridge last more than 7 months the moters on others always quit from all the shaking running the roads all the time but not this an I think it has to do with them putting the wheels below the moter it acts as like an shock absorb type cushion because most the others the moter sit close too floor board an more vibration an wair can happen was smart the way they set there rolling wheels below the motor an they have a good warranty on there products. buy one if your looking. You won't be disappointed mines taken a beating an keeps on keeping on an I can't say that about any other portable fridges I've bought with the wheels below moter it's well worth the money.Also the auto shutoff is great it does to save an conserve your battery power an the instructions are very easy to understand how to operate.Keep it up . thanks for the well built cooler.

I loaded the cooler with frozen foods to take on vacation. I plugged it into the truck, set the temperature at 29 degrees and everything was still frozen when we arrived. We plugged the cooler into our room outlet, set the temperature at 36 degrees and used it as a mini fridge. We loved it.
