I got the BR110-h model back in September, over the last 6 weeks or so it has been leaving water on the floor. I've unplugged for 24 hours to see if that would resolve it, adjusted the temperature from 36 to 40 degrees and nothing has helped. I've used the chat and the contact form 3 different times and never heard from anyone. I'm going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau since they don't want to support their products.
