2 months doing great

I installed it myself on my crawlspace. I'm using its internal pump and provided tube to auto drain the dehumidifier. I mounted it on 4 aftermarket dehumidifier cones(?). Doing great for 2 months, including initial few weeks which had high humidity outside. Looks very professional too.

Easy to set up, and works great!

HVAC Tech told us that we had high humidity in our crawlspace, and quoted $3500 for a whole home dehumidifier system. We bought this on prime day for 1/7 of that, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Also Picked up a digital RH meter that reads 4 different locations in the house, and when we plugged it in the average was ~70%. Now we’re sitting in the low 50s, and the crawlspace its consistently under 40%.We live in the south, and it’s HUMID here during the summer (routinely 75F dewpoint if you understand what that means). The unit seems very solid, and it’s as easy as plug it in, run your drain line, and turn it on.It’s run 24/7 for 8 weeks now, with not even a hiccup.10/10 would recommend.

So far so good

Set it up in my crawl space, nice compact looking little bugger. It was well packaged and arrived safely. Easy set up out of the box, run a cord and the drain line and away it goes. Very quiet, can't hear it through the floor. The build in pump keeps up well, should keep the everything nice and dry underneath the house.

Great Product - Superb Customer Service

I own three dehumidifiers for over a year, two HD55s and a HDi65s. They have performed admirably in dehumidifying my shop (1200 sq ft w/14ft ceilings) and home garage. Recently I had an issue with the HDi65s that stopped working. Eileen at was very helpful, providing great communication and quickly getting me a replacement unit. Highly recommend products and customer service.

Works very well.

Expensive, a bit noisey but works very well.
