I purchased this dehumidifier because I decided that it would be more effective than the products that you leave to collect the humidity in my space. It worked well but began to leak. I reached out to customer service and they did everything to make it right. Very responsive and easy to work with.

This project is absolutely amazing and I wish I would have discovered it sooner. Living in Florida the state is naturally humid so any 1,000-1,300 sqft space you move into is going to be between 62%-80% humidity. There are multiple people showering in my home and we like to have the ac cold but to fight the humidity our ac is constantly running. After moving into a brand new manufactured home I realized quickly that our humidity levels are always high so I bought this little guy and I love it so much. It’s relatively quiet and very easy to use I put it in our office as it has an auto humidity detector and that’s the most humid point in our home as it’s sandwiched in the middle of our home and in between both showers. In just 8 hours it docked our humidity levels by 30% and I was able to take my ac unit from 68 degrees to 74 which is crazy town. I absolutely am in love with it and it’s helped so much in my home I love that it covers a large amount of square footage as I’ll only need one of these bad boys for my home.
