This item was perfect for my 1600 sq.ft. house, all summer we struggled with humidity especially in the cellar. After we received this item the difference was amazing, i have it set to a specific setting and i never have to worry about it. Its set up to my sub pump so never have to worry about it getting too full and stop working. Would highly recommend to anyone, also super quiet.
