Initial mix up in shipping was resolved and new unit arrived with slight delay

This product works very well and looks great. This is not a negative but two things that I wish the product had:- The ability to go below 41 degrees on the side with glass (currently 41 is the minimum)- The light is nice but when there is product in the glass side the light gets blocked and doesn't do muchI am not using this for wine, I am using it for other beverages and that works as well. I would buy it again if there was a need. One note - check the item over after you receive it for damage. I received mine and there was a small dent on the back. Did not impact performance and would not be visible so I didn't have a need to address it, but I have had several appliances lately that had a similar issue.

The refrigerator we received did not work. The beverage fridge side did not get cold and it ran 24 hours per day. I worked with Lisa at 's customer service who went through the reasonable troubleshooting steps (by email only - no phone or online chat interaction available). Lisa was great, and ultimately sent us a new refrigerator that works as advertised. Standing by their product!

Very well made for the price point, unit runs very quiet, temperature seems to be consistent within 1-2 degrees, and unit is very attractive. The width and height are accurate so measure twice. The unit arrived in 2 days and the box was in near perfect condition. The packaging is about the best I have seen for an appliance and the unit was in perfect condition. Installation was easy enough even a caveman could do it.My only issue, and if I would have know I would have selected a different unit is the wire shelves on the beverage side will tilt down slightly when pulled all the way out. However, about a third of the way out the the notch in the rear will cause the shelf to severely tilt downward allowing all cans and bottles to slide off and drop to the floor. This is a significant flaw and the reason for 3 stars vice 5. The adjustability of the racks is also very limited. On the wine cooler side, the shelves are made of wood and the fit and finish are fair but do not expect to have more than 3 bottles wide per shelf, you might get 5 if the bottles are not too large and two of them are reversed.Would I buy it again, for the price yes, but I would probably look for something with a more stable shelving and better adjustability.
