rickkpugs@gmail.com This was a great purchase, easy install… love the changing colors. My dog loves sitting close to fireplace now, I think he likes the heat lol.. but I don’t have to worry about him burning himself cuz the glass never gets hot to touch. It does heat a room quickly too.

We had a gas log fireplace which wasn't very efficient. The opening was about 6 inches higher than this insert. I put a piece of plywood on the hearth, set the a set the insert on it and voila.....

Great product at a good price. Looks fantastic, lots of features with the color changes, thermostat, etc. It puts out some great heat. My only complaint is if you are looking down at the fireplace from an angle you can see the led light below the logs. This is a non-issue to me because that is not seen from the couches or walking around the room. We searched many different options and ended up going this route with the 40” model and were not disappointed. It really was the cherry on top of this DIY fireplace project.

This was such a good purchase! Well worth it. The only thing I would suggest is to put a plus and minus button on the remote for changing temperature.

I choose this unit because it has the slimmest bezel and heater vents. Width matches well with 85” TV. Height is exactly what I wanted. I only use realistic flames and logs. Looks fine. Definitely better than any sub-$800 unit I’ve seen. I do not use the heater in South Louisiana. It’s well built, easy to install. Recommended.

This electric fireplace is the perfect edition to our remodel! We chose it primarily because it offered the logs and crystals. We prefer the log look. We are very pleased with our purchase. Love the timer feature.

I purchased this fireplace and had it built into my wall. It’s perfect! It has beautiful clear stones that glow while the fire is on. There are several color and heat settings. I’m very happy with my purchase.

We got the 36inch & This unit is the perfect size. We prebuilt our mantle before the fireplace arrived and the dimensions they give are spot on. For reference: our mantle is 5 feet long and the body the fireplace is in is 4 feet wide. The remote is nice and takes 2 AAA batteries. The flames are pretty and it has multiple color patterns for whatever mood you are in. It does not produce hardly any sound and the quality is great! This was a little heavy but not so heavy that I couldn’t carry it in the house. My husband had no issues installing it. The only thing that threw us off is that the power cord comes out of the side instead of the back. All in all, I am so happy with my purchase!

You will have to build or have someone build a surround for it. Easy operation and we are looking forward to the fall. It has been a hot dry summer for us.

This fireplace was purchased to replace a $350 RV fireplace that malfunctioned and melted a power wire. I'm glad it didn't cause a fire but we never leave it running when we are not in the RV.The more expensive one didn't have touch screen, nor dual fan speeds, nor 12 color options. This one has it all. It weighs a bit more than the old one, and the rear box was 1/4" larger so it wouldn't fit until I cut out the frame which was no big deal. It also has a straight plug instead of a flat plug which caused me to move the outlet for it, but it's in and works great. Much better remote with logical icons. It blows the heat out much further into the room on high fan.About the only drawback is that it doesn't remember the last color you chose, you have to go through the colors when you start it up. We decided the logs were good enough and will use the crystals for something else.
