Dorian H. I really loved the added atmosphere this fireplace gave my living room. With its sleek design and ease of use, my home has never felt so comfortable!

Lectricman I choose this unit because it has the slimmest bezel and heater vents. Width matches well with 85” TV. Height is exactly what I wanted. I only use realistic flames and logs. Looks fine. Definitely better than any sub-$800 unit I’ve seen. I do not use the heater in South Louisiana. It’s well built, easy to install. Recommended.

The fireplace exceeded my expectations! It is so beautiful and I love that you can change both wood and fire colors which allows for a variety of combinations. Also very quiet when you put on the heat function. 10 out of 10!

Holy moly, I am EXTREMELY impressed with this fireplace. We were hoping to add some winter warmth and all seasons ambience to our master bedroom and this totally delivered. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. I can’t believe how many color combinations and looks you can get with the flames. The effect is ultra realistic, and so relaxing to look at and enjoy. It does kick off a nice amount of heat and is not too noisy. In fact, I find the sound of it rather soothing. (Are used to turn on fireplace YouTube videos during naps but now I have my very own real fireplace!)Do make sure you know what you’re getting into, though, before you order this beauty. You’ll need to make sure that it’s properly installed, and it does not compromise the integrity of your wall / structure. But if you can find the right place for it, it will seamlessly fit in with many different styles of decor, and you’ll love it all year round. This is just ideal for kitchens bedrooms and even great rooms. We could’ve Chosen the larger version of this one, But I’m glad we didn’t. Proportionally this one is just right for the space. One of my favorite items of the year!!!

Sometimes in Jan/Feb even in SWFL you need a little heat in the early mornings. When you don’t need to heat the entire house this is perfect. The colors are beautiful even without the heat on.

We love our fireplace. Since purchasing we have had it for one year, and have had no issues with the function of the fireplace. It comes with a remote. There’s a hard switch on and off, as well as a touch option on the glass. It can put off heat with two different settings. Lots of rock color options as well as flame options. The top sides are open to the rocks, so the glass has gotten dirty over the last year on the inside. We do wish it came with more rocks. Overall, we love it and would purchase it again. When we were looking for a fireplace we were overwhelmed with the amount of options, and you really could spend hundreds and hundreds. But this fireplace is a great option for the price. It’s great quality.

I am so excited to have this fireplace! It heats up very quickly and in my opinion, it covers more than what is advertised to cover. Again, that is my opinion because it heats two areas very comfortable. The lights or magnificent and create a very calming atmosphere in the room. Glad I purchased this particular fireplace!

I really love this fireplace insert. It was so easy to install and it easy to use. It comes with a nice remote and is easy to use with multiple light settings. The heating part has two settings I just wish it put out a little more heat. Maybe if I bought bigger than the 50” but that’s on me. I’m happy with this purchase.

The product came with wrong remote and called support. They shipped out a remote immediately

Really surprised how nice this looks. Hung below TV directly on wall. It is very enjoyable to watch. Change color to match mood. The heat output was more than expected and radiated across the room. I was hesitant to make this purchase but so happy I did.

My son just purchased a new home, and decided to remodel it. He purchased the first fireplace for his living room and ordered the black panels and big tv to build on the wall. It couldn’t have been more perfect. So when he decided to turn the garage into a bonus room, he put another fireplace into the new wall he built in place of the garage door. Beautiful. Everyone loves the fireplaces. They can change colors, so our granddaughter always wants it on pink. lol. If we didn’t already have a real fireplace, I’d get one for our home as well.

For a few hundred bucks and some time, we added a beautiful centerpiece to our previously empty master bedroom. If I had spent more money, I'd maybe have a few complaints. But for the price I paid compared to other, I really can't complain. It looks great when it's on and is just a vibe setter for the room. Can't wait to get the tiles around this thing.

What a great birthday present I bought for myself. This fireplace is better than I expected. It’s pretty quiet when the heater is turned on. You can change the lights for the rocks and the lights for the flames for a different look, which also has a dimmer for dim or brighter colored lights. The flames have a few different levels for slow, medium, and fast flickering. The timer comes in handy in case you want to cuddle up to fall asleep and not worry about it being on all night. You can control it all from your couch with the remote that has access to all these functions. Hubby even built me this beautiful mantle for it to go in. It does come with a wall mount so you can mount it anywhere or recess it into the wall. 10/10 recommend.
Britni 5/5
The multifunctional features are designed perfectly! The remote control allows easy access to control the different lighting options. As well as the heating element. It’s great for the space. It shipped before expected.

This fireplace came very well packaged and was so easy to hang. There were easy to follow instructions and the remote is simple to operate. For the cost this is a great value as it has all the color options as well as the timer and dimmer option.

I like this but wish the heater put out more heat than it does.

This fireplace works great in our 350 sq ft living room, the high heat setting can warm the room in under 10 minutes. Two months into using the fireplace, the motor started making a ticking noise. I reached out to the customer service team at RW Flame. Both customer service representatives were polite and knowledgeable, they analyzed the photo and video I provided and I received a replacement fireplace within the week. The replacement unit has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this fireplace and the RW Flame brand due to great customer service and quality products at a great price.

Great fire place looks amazing just wish it had a better way of mounting in the wall other than that 10/10
Customer 5/5
I haven't tried out the heat yet due to as soon as we installed it, it got out again. But the color options are great, and so are the flame speeds. A great variety. My only thing is the remote doesn't work the best. Sometimes have to press the buttons repeatedly to get it to work.Comes with 2 ways to install: inserted in the wall or hanging. If inserted, it had tow small holes on both top sides to drill into the wall.
