Nice Machine!

The condensate pump works very well and is extremely quiet. We use a lot of ice, and I want more than just a countertop unit. I'm glad to finally have a machine that can produce ample ice.

Really, this is the appliance I've always dreamed of, because I love icy water, and before this, I could never keep enough ice at home. It is very appealing in any environment. I highly recommend this device to anyone with an above-average need for ice at home or in a business.

Great ice maker!

Ice is clear and tasteless, and it doesn't melt quickly. There is a lot of it, but if you're hosting a large party, like 50+ people, start making ice about a day in advance. Additionally, I only use it when needed, about twice a month, for 1-2 days each time. Make sure to clean it thoroughly and dry the interior well. Overall, this machine is worth the money; I have made hundreds of pounds of ice with it. I highly recommend it.
