I like that there is a holding tank you can empty as needed or the hose if you want to just set it in the bathtub and have continuous draining. Works really well here in the deep south where we have high humidity year round.

Love how much this machine has helped our home. We are in the Deep South and it has helped our comfort level in our entire home. We did have a small part that broke off but customer service was fast in replying and are supplying a free replacement part. We plan to buy these for our parents for Christmas. Great purchase!
Customer service was able to send me the parts I needed. They are very responsive. The parts however, do come from China so it takes some time to receive. I got what I needed to make my dehumidifier work again.
I got this because it is so humid and hot in Texas. I've only had it for a week or two and the verdict is still out whether or not it could keep it at a comfortable humidity level. It is easy to clean you can roll it around anywhere. It is easy to clean I haven't tried the continuous drain yet I just empty the container in front. It says it covers a 2000 square feet and I live in a 550sqr ft old brown stone apt. I'm running it in the living room, kitchen, and bath area. I picked up a separate temperature gauge to monitor it I'm waiting to see if the humidity will drop below 58% and the temperature in the apartment stays around 77 ° with the AC set at 76, that seems to be my breaking point haha. If I get any Improvement in the weeks to come I'll let you know.
I have had one for almost 3 years now, and bought another one almost a year ago. Recently started having trouble with newest one leaking and then not working altogether (I would definitely recommend putting it in tray in case of leaks!), I reached out to customer service and they offered to send me a whole new replacement since I was out of the return window. Great customer service!
The unit stopped working and wanted to use the extended warranty. I got a e-mail to send a screen shot of the order but then No response. I called on the phone and left a message but no return phone call. I tried to Chat with them and No response. Finally ,I got a response on e-mail to send the defective unit back. I am waiting for the return label.
Product worked as advertised...placed it in center of home...1,200+ sf. and the difference was evident.2 of the above star ratings about marked average because they did not truly apply to my use or my knowledge.
This is a very convenient lightweight unit. Had an issue with how to locate it and customer service was very quick with response and solution. The dehumidifier is very quiet, easy to operate and move. We are looking forward to healthier and drier air.

The unit has been doing a great job reducing humidity in my basement. It seems solid and reliable - it has been ON non-stop since I first installed it (many months ago). When I had questions, customer service was very prompt and helpful. In short, I am very happy with the product.
This has been a game-changer for our apartment. Does it work well? Yes, consistently and reliably well. Within a matter of several minutes, you can see the humidity levels drop appreciably. Compared to a couple of small units of a different brand that we keep in the bathroom, the takes enough moisture out of the air to fill up its tank in a couple of hours. It takes a week for our other units to fill. The unit is quiet. It is unobtrusive and blends in well with our furnishings. My wife, who makes chocolate, finds it invaluable in the kitchen because the humidity has to be kept low enough for the chocolate to be perfect. The fact that the unit can also be allowed to drain through an included hose, is a plus. Would we buy it again? Definitely.
Works great and gets the job done. Not loud. My house had so much condensation before. This will help prevent a bigger problem later. Very happy with this product.
purchased for DeHum in attic due to foam insulation and humidity Issues that can come with foam insulation on a home. I bought this for about $100 in 2020 and it worked well. the first year the display went out and now the 3rd year the entire thing will not run. no fan or anything. I have never needed a dehumidifier so I give it a 3 star because I would expect it to run longer than 3 years.
We used our dehumidifier all summer long in our home in Texas, and it was definitely a long, hot and humid summer here. We were impressed at how much moisture it pulled out of the air, and it kept the humidity in the house in check all summer.
I have owned many dehumidifiers. By far this is the most quietly running machine. It is easy to operate including emptying the water tank. I give it an unqualified top review.
By getting this and running it in my home I was able to help provide my undersized air conditioner the additional support it needed from the abundance of humidity in the house.
I bought my dehumidifier about 1 and a half years ago. It has worked flawlessly every since. I purchased to keep the humidity down I the winter when I use my vent free fireplace. I would of never imagined that it could draw so much moisture out of my house. I give this product a 5 star review based on its performance and its ease of use with the digital readout for the percentage of moisture it removes in your home. Functionally it works great. Could be a little quieter and a little less expensive.Note the controls are VERY primative. It programs to either runs for a short period of time and shuts down forever. Or the controls have it runs forever.
We purchased the unit back in 2020 for our basement. It has been removing the moisture as intended. We run the unit quite often and have not had any issues with its performance. It has been very reliable. While installing the bucket we did break the plastic fill lever (our fault) and the service team immediately responded to our request for a replacement part even though the unit was purchased over 2 years ago. I would highly recommend this product.
We have had this dehumidifier since October 2021 in our RV. *knock on wood* we haven’t had any moisture problems. If we forget to turn it on, within a day we notice moisture on the windows. Sometimes the tray- if you don’t get it at the right angle- is hard to get back in. We had to contact customer service for a replacement piece in the tray and they were quick to respond and are sending another.
Bought this model in February of 2022 for our basement. I like the continuous run option, the casters that make it easy to maneuver, and that it is a very quiet unit when running. The unit worked well until this July when it stopped pulling moisture from the air. I contacted the company, and though we are a month beyond the warranty, they responded quickly and offered a replacement at no charge. Thankful for good service and glad they stand behind their product.
This unit worked great for the first summer that we used it. Went to get it back out this year and it just wouldn’t pull any moisture out. Sent a message to the company and they responded right away with troubleshooting and ultimately options to get it fixed or replaced. Way to stand behind your product!
