Moreover, the ice produced by this machine happens to be clear, which is an added benefit. The customization it provides for thickness is exactly what I was looking for. The only downside is that you have to take the ice out of the tray and break it up manually, but that is a negligible drawback given the quality of ice produced. In summary, I would definitely purchase this ice maker again, as it is a worthwhile investment.

Cleanse with Thieves Young Living. The machine was purchased in April 2022, initially satisfied with the increased amount of ice, it solved the refrigerator ice problem.

This ice cream machine runs very quietly, makes ice quickly and has more ice. It also has the automatic cleaning function, it really saves a lot of time. After the new machine started being used a few times, the taste disappeared. Use with a 3 gallon water bottle, basically no need to add water all the time. Also, I recommend purchasing an ice crusher. The three-claw short handle chopper I bought on fits this machine perfectly.

The ice maker functioned effectively initially, but after four months of exposure to indoor saline air, it became inoperative. The screws became corroded and the supposedly "stainless" casing started corroding as well. The display showed erratic behavior, and the machine kept getting hotter and hotter. I would disbelieve that I acquired a defective product, except for the fact that I work as a product engineer in the aviation and marine industry. The materials employed in this product are better suited for an arid weather condition like Arizona or New Mexico, not Florida. Nonetheless, this unit produces ice of various sizes perfectly.

Received a new ice machine. The package is very damaged. There are also damage marks on the internal components. Will try to install to use, but it doesn't seem to be of good quality. Sellers should consider giving a certain discount.

Although it has been said, I have yet to come across a 5L bottle that is able to be placed at the top of the unit as the entrance is too small to accommodate a typical bottle neck, even when the cap is eliminated.

This ice machine makes solid square ice cubes, which last longer than hollow ones. It takes longer than hollow ice cubes to make, but an hour fills half a bag. Excellent customer service has resolved past unit difficulties.

I like every aspect of it except for its ability to produce ice. If you intend to create a significant amount of ice, you'll need to keep an eye on it since you'll have to frequently remove the ice every half hour.

If the ice does not receive regular cleaning, it becomes deformed and cloudy and adheres to the tray, leading to malfunctions. Just after a year, the pump stopped working, but the customer service is sending a replacement.

This is the third ice maker I have purchased. It fits my needs perfectly and produces ice blocks consistently. I'm more inclined to my ice maker than my friends' GE opal. It is quite heavy and we use a lot of ice in our family of six, including our daughter and grandson. The ice cube produced by the ice machine is thick and the melting speed is moderate. Very satisfied.

I purchased this ice machine because it advertised a faster ice-making speed and larger daily ice capacity than my existing counter top machine. As it turns out, the claims are true. Although I did not have the water bottle accessory that sits on top of the machine, I was able to pour water directly into the top and start the machine easily with the "on" button. One feature that intrigues me is the self-cleaning function. It's important to note that this machine is not a freezer; rather, it is intended solely for ice production and will notify you when the ice bin is full so it can be emptied and continue making more ice. An interesting observation is that using cold water and keeping the machine in an air conditioned environment can speed up the ice-making process.

This ice maker is really convenient for making ice cubes, but it is a little tedious for taking ice. It is capable of working silently and is efficient in making ice. However, it only produces one large ice cube at a time, which you must break yourself when using. This can be a bit inconvenient for occasions when quick ice removal is required. However, it meets the basic needs and has a good cooling effect. If the way the ice is taken could be improved, this ice maker could work even better.
