Valerie Mitchell Compliments the home office. I didn't realize I have to make a frame to hang it on the wall. It wasn't that easy to assemble but I did it. I don't see a temperature gauge to let me know how many degrees it is. Overall, it's okay.

This fireplace works great and has multiple settings for light, colors, flame speed, and heat. It’s great for keeping a single room heated. I do wish it pumped out a little more heat unfortunately, that’s the reason for 4 stars.

My husband built this fireplace for me last week. Thankfully he did because our heater (forced air) broke on us a couple days ago. This electric fireplace was able to keep our house livable!! Our house is 1,200sqft. It was 34 out today and this kept our living areas at a nice 68!!It was packaged great and arrived quickly plus it’s really pretty!!

WE really love this new fireplace heater. It has so many options for flame and rock colors you can set up any that you like. We love that it has the option of running on 750 or 1500 Watts and a timer for just the right amount of heat that you want. Also, we are finding that running it without heat for a set time makes it a great night light in our room. Perfect solution for any room in the house! We had some questions on it and received excellent customer service from the manufacturer also. Their rep was great to deal with, prompt, courteous and got all questions answered for us. Kudos!!

Installed it last night. I inserted it into an existing fireplace that we do not use, so I ]had to make custom brackets to secure it in place. I drilled through the bottom to secure it to the bottom of fireplace and aluminum straps to secure the top. Will need to cover the top gap above the electric fireplace with a black painted aluminum sheet. Electric fireplace does not cover the entire opening, 44x22. Overall very happy with outcome. Looks really nice and will add to the ambiance of the room. Not really planning to use the heater function much as we are in Houston and have gas heat in house. but it will be there if we do need it. Light options are working well and remote also. The timer function on the remote from 1-8 hours is a nice safety feature if you use the heater. small display on the bottom right of unit gives you indication of hours and heater output.I had removed my mantel to make more room for the TV to drop down, which I still need to do and also hide my TV cables with cable grommet or inside wall.

This fireplace is perfect! It is very well made & sturdy, easy to install with all the screws provided & looks amazing. The lighting of the colors are vibrant & I love the option to change the flame color as well. The heat comes out strong with minimal noise which is also a plus. I would 100% recommend this fireplace!

My wife wanted me to put in a faux fireplace on this wall. We chose the 36 inch version. We did this for effect only but the heater seems to output about the same as a small electric space heater. We'll probably never use the heater due to it's proximity to our hvac thermostat. I also had to work around a cold air return. As far as the lights go, I'm not sure if more expensive models give off a more authentic effect but this one looks pretty cool for the price. It's more of a gas fire simulation than wood. The LED's for the fake embers are a bit bright. I wish you could dim them separately from the flames but they work hand in hand. We may try some different fake stones to mute that base lighting. Overall we're happy with it.

I really the large selection of different sizes available. I was planning on getting a space heater for my camper and this worked way better. It fills the empty slot where the outdated TV used to go. Install was easy and with a little outfitting it looks great! The only thing its missing is a thermostat, once it is on, it runs until timer is up or its shut off.

I ordered this back in February and finally got it installed this week (May). In my last house, I had a fireplace that I missed so much. This is the final look before I paint the panels. The fireplace changes colors, has a timer and emits heat although I haven't tried this feature yet. Overall, the price was great and had better ratings than other cheaper brands. Looking forward to many years of relaxation!

Exceeded my expectations. I bought this for the "not heat" feature. I live in FL and didn't want the heat, only the flame. It looks so good and I'm super happy with the purchase!

The product was nicely packaged and protected. Good but not great instructions but luckily, it’s a fairly simple process to install. The drywall / installation hangers provided are not the best and left me a bit uneasy as to the security of the unit hanging on the wall should someone or something bump into it . It’s quiet and warms our 12X12 basement office well . It’s not beautiful but certainly not unattractive.

Fireplace came in and my wife loved it. I got this for her for Christmas since shes always cold lol. We couldn't decide whether to install on the wall or not so she asked if I can design and make her a console for it since we do have an empty space in the living room. So I did and she loves it even more. Will definitely buy another one.

Looks great on my new barnwood accent wall, I wish the heat was better though, I don't seem to see a difference between the low and hi settings.

Converted my basement to bedroom and it gets super cold in there. Been using space heaters to heat up room. Wanted fireplace but didn’t like the mounted look on wall. Had company build me outer in casing and absolutely love it. Even the guys that built were like I need one for my house now. Many options on colors, has dimmer and can adjust how fast flames go.

This is a great functional and modern fireplace. Love it!! Easy to install and looks beautiful.
Customer 5/5
It looks amazing and immediately makes any room look better and sophisticated. It does put off some heat. It doesn’t drastically change the temperature of a big room with high ceiling but a normal size den or family room you would feel it eventually

The first fireplace I bought was almost two years ago, and it was to replace an electric insert that blew the heat out of the back... what a stupid design! My sister liked this (R.W. flame recessed fireplace insert) so much, that I bought her one for Christmas last year. Then I bought another one for a different room in our house just a few months ago and finally installed it.It is a shallow insert, so it makes framing super easy. It blows the warm air out of the front (rather than the back like my original one did), and it has a lot of fun features like color options, flame speed, fan speed, and you can turn the fan off completely and just have the "flames," which do look pretty.

I was skeptical, the name brands and very expensive and we just needed something to give us a cosy feel and some complimentary heat now and then. It fit where I wanted it, was easy to install and looks great. The round corners of the glass are outstanding, it was the only one I found with curved corners and since it could be bumped, it will and no one will get stabbed by sharp corners. 4 stars because the bottom lights cannot be set dim enough and the colour options for the base material are lacking. The plastic stones should have had a bit of tint to them and maybe an earthier colour for the bottom, but that's far from a deal breaker, just hope they think about it going forward. We are really enjoying it,it's only been a few days but it's relaxing and gives a nice feeling boost of warm when you need it.

In my finished basement, I decided to add a fireplace beneath the TV. I didn't want to run gas lines or a new, high amperage electrical circuit, so I decided to buy this unit. I decided to build out a box from 2x6, make my own mantle from barnwood, to replicate a rustic beam, and finish it to match the wall.My wife was skeptical when I told her I was doing it, but she really likes it. It has maybe 20-25 different color schemes, puts out a decent amount of heat and looks pretty contemporary. It has a pretty quiet motor for the heat blower, which is nice. The basement does get a touch cool in the winter and the heater in this fireplace provides enough heat to make the TV viewing area comfortable. The remote is a little janky and the fireplace isn't responding promptly or reliably. It might be the battery; I'm grabbing one tonight to see if that's the issue.

We recently built our own fireplace insert and this one came up in multiple searches. It’s gorgeous and so easy to install. The directions give you the exact dimensions to build around it or to cut into your wall. He heat is pretty good for the size of the heater. We love it, I looks just like the pictures and even better with tile around it. A definite 5 star.

I had to make a frame for it, but I love doing that stuff anyway and it turned out great! I love it and use it all the time...honestly, I didn't really read the description all that well and when I found out it had a heat function I was amazed. Its output heats my living room...great.Description, accessories, photograph, website presentation, and what arrived are the same-size, shape, color, and it matched my expectations. The product(s) arrived on time, as described by seller & manufacturer, it was shipped without issue, arrived within prescribed estimates, the packaging was undamaged, and the product itself was unmolested and made with quality materials.

I wanted a fireplace setting with heat. This unit is beautiful and makes the wall really come to life. The heater part of the unit could be a little stronger and the remote does not work so well. As for looks, the unit is very attractive and the various selections of colors for the fireplace give an enjoyable picture that can change my mood and relax me by just watching.Jerome J.
