5~ looks4~ installation.Lovely to look at but some tricky fitting for recess mount.Using half of the acrylic embers looks less Vegas.Our last unit from a different maker had a plug that got hot to the touch. Not safe. Not the fault of the circuit in our house, rather, previous unit was faulty.We are hoping this replacement will safely warm our family room and hypnotize our cats.

I choose this unit because it has the slimmest bezel and heater vents. Width matches well with 85” TV. Height is exactly what I wanted. I only use realistic flames and logs. Looks fine. Definitely better than any sub-$800 unit I’ve seen. I do not use the heater in South Louisiana. It’s well built, easy to install. Recommended.
