Works well, only complaint is it drips condensation on the bottom. Knowing this it should come with the plate for underneath for this price point. I found something for this at Lowe’s after I noticed my hardwood floors were soaked.

This made it through one season without any issues. I plan to buy another one for the main floor next year.

So far, I've had this unit for approximately 6 months. While there is a noise level, it is not disturbing to your sleep or relaxation. It cools very well and sustains the coolness of the room a couple of hours after being turned off. We were cooling a small room designated for our dog. The assembly was fairly simple and the cost could be a bit lower, but during these pandemic times that price for the brand was as good as it as going to get. After 6 months, today is the first day we need to change the filter which is super for us! I haven't tried any of the other brands to share a comparative review, but I like the "one and done" concept when it comes to major appliances, at least. And, so far, we are pleased and sticking with They. I hope this helps someone.
