We bought one of these for a salon we own and it will not freeze the water. We’ve tried the company for help as well as where we bought it from and no one has been helpful at all. They keep telling us to contact the other. SUPER frustrated with this product and the terrible customer service.

Despite minor damage to the screws and challenges during installation, the company's service was quick to respond and resolve the issue in a timely manner. High efficiency in ice making, overall satisfied, after two weeks of use, I recommend purchasing.
