Out of the box it looks great, Very little start up or installation instructions. Installed, turned on and had ice shortly thereafter. Woke up next morning to an empty bin but display flashing "FULL". Through the day I realized there is a switch in the back, above the ice bin that has to be down for it to make ice. It pops up as part of normal operation but as the ice is made and drops down to he bin it is supposed to make it go back down. But it does not always ! It has gotten through a couple cycles before messing up again. Have not been in contact with support. Will update once/if, they call back.

This ice water machine has better ice output efficiency, but the condensate problem is obvious, causing water to leak into the ground. Despite attempts to adjust the water level, drainage remains poor. Door closure design to be improved. customer service Gloria actively helps, the Simzlife brand's attitude to solving problems is sincere and praiseworthy.
