Up to this point, it functions adequately and is an excellent bargain for the price. It produces some noise while operating in my kitchen, but it functions properly. It is not refrigerated, but if you place the early few batches in water, the top ice cubes in the tray melt more slowly. Each batch takes 8-9 minutes to create. I switch it on in the morning and have ice for the entire day. My one grievance is that the blue plastic protective film is installed on the case components before assembly, making it impossible to remove from the areas where the case parts connect.

Buyer beware! There was rust inside the machine that got into the ice. Even though I followed the company's instructions to replace a tube, it continued leaking. The customer service was poor and I wouldn't recommend buying this machine.

The item appeared satisfactory and functioned effectively for approximately three weeks, but now it has ceased functioning. Therefore, I plan on repurposing it as a boat anchor. In an update, the ice maker has been operating continuously and producing ice on a daily basis. The reason for its malfunction was my own error of obstructing the air flow fan. Despite this setback, I recommend this product and have even purchased one for a friend's home bar. I would rate this icemaker six stars.

However, when I plugged in one of the machines, it failed to turn on, and after attempting some troubleshooting, I contacted Euhomy for assistance. They replied within a day, and after I provided them with information and pictures, they sent a replacement machine to me promptly. The new machine performs well, and I am pleased with both its quality and the customer service provided by Euhomy. In fact, I am considering purchasing another one as a Christmas gift.

I've had this item for almost two years and I love it. I wipe down the inside and clean it with vinegar and water every other weekend, but after two years, I want to take the top piece apart to clean it thoroughly. Some parts are hard to clean, and there are small rust chips in the water tank that I can't repair or clean. But overall, I'm really happy with this icemaker. It sits on my kitchen counter and makes ice like a champ.
