We love our ice maker! We received ours in May 2024. The only thing I HATE is not being able to fully clean the scoop tray that dumps the ice in basket. I clean my ice machine with vinegar and just got the tablet cleaners. However, that area still never gets 100% clean I feel.

I purchased this to gift it to someone in need. I was not only persuaded to purchase this specific machine by its price, but I also compared it to others by how much time it would take to have ice cubes. The seller listed this product’s performance as being able to have ice cubes in as little as 6 minutes and that is simply false… because it CLEARLY says 7 minutes on the box.I believe that this is a deliberate typo, as many other machines listed on state that their icemakers will provide ice cubes in as little as 6 minutes. Sellers need to be more intentional about accurate product descriptions… we shouldn’t be learning about all of the product details upon receipt of the item

Works fine, but:- wish it had on/off switch- wish the drain plug was on lower side- wish you could see water level
