When I received my package you could tell the box had been wet. Upon opening there was a little bit of mold inside the box. I Cleaned it and it worked perfect for a week then just totally stopped working. Don't know what to do about getting it fixed or a replacement
have used it tice now and all seems ok. People complain about the ice melting well I just dump it every couple of cycles into a bowl I keep in the freezer. It is not too loud (except when ice dumps) the cubes are small even on the large setting but hold up well in a drink. Serves the purpose i bought it for to refill my ice bins once a week. if you are looking for something to keep up with a party go with a higher end brand but if you just need to refill the ice bin once in a awhile it works fine. Took about 3 hours to make enough ice to fill my bin

Bought this counter top ice maker for my camper. My fridge ice maker started freezing up and not delivering ice. I brought this in, plugged it in, added water and started having ice. Yay !! My sister has crappy water so does not use house water for drinking or making ice. She uses bottled water.I purchased one for her has a gift. She’s gonna love it.
This was a Christmas gift for my mom she loves it she is always buying bags of ice at the store which gets pricey this will save lot of money just wished it could hold more ice other than that it works perfect

Was an early Christmas gift. Our 1st one had a sensor issue and the manufacturer replaced quickly and for free! The 2nd one has worked phenomenal! Provides plenty of ice, for being 'small' for our family of 4 throughout the day. Many times, it goes into standby mode because it makes ice quicker than we use. Easy to use for all ages!
This ice maker does a great job and works quickly. The mint green is a cheery bright color. Doesn't take up too much space but it does need a decent amount of counter space. Highly recommend.
Great for personal use. Like a dorm, etc. do NOT buy this to replace your refrigerators ice machine. It would not be able to keep up. Definitely nice for college kids though
The item is easy to use and makes med and Large ice. Very soft with hole in it. Noise level not bad. The only draw back is that you have to stir the ice around every once in a while.
I like how it makes the ice and makes it fast but if you don’t take it out and put it in the freezer, it starts melting. It doesn’t keep it frozen the noise is was great. The only thing I didn’t like was if you don’t take it out of the icemaker it doesn’t keep it frozen.
Our old icemaker finally failed to produce any ice at all so we replaced it with this new countertop ice maker. It is very lightweight, takes up less counter space, and makes ice cubes quickly. It is low noise when in operation and easy to fill with water. The transparent lid enables the ice cube amount in the catch-basket without having to lift the lid. Great value for the money.
It works well for a house full of ice "crunchers". We just have to make sure Every. Time. The empty light comes on, we have to refill.It is SUPER easy to use. You don't have to add a water line. I wish I would have bought a bigger one that has water lined in. This works perfectly, though. My husband and kids go through over 20lbs of ice a day.
