The machine makes ice quickly and is very easy to operate and maintain. The ice cubes are smooth and crunchy and fun to chew after drinking. By the way, this ice cream goes very well with a cold cola. Unfortunately, in the first half of March 2024, our machine started having random problems and we thought it needed to be replaced. So I contacted beverly appliance customer service and they walked me through the replacement process. After contacting customer support, I had some issues with my device again, but it eventually fixed itself. There was no need for replacement in the end, but I would like to praise the manufacturer for their excellent customer service. Every time I spoke with them, they were very proactive and helpful. If I need another ice maker, I will definitely try this machine again, or any other ice maker from this manufacturer.
