I contacted the producer through and their customer service is exceptional, responding quickly and providing a solution. When I indicated that I could not change the water pump and would prefer to change the entire machine, they immediately agreed to the change. Today I received the new machine, tomorrow the installation will proceed. This machine fits perfectly on our counter and does not make much noise. I'm looking forward to using it.

The version I initially bought had a lower price, but the amount of ice was insufficient. This model is amazing! Very satisfied!

Although ice is somewhat moist and can clump when refrigerated, this is solved with a single touch. Large ice cubes are easier to handle. All in all, I think the machine is worth the money.

It is heavy and difficult to clean, and it is very noisy. The worst of all is that it has been carried out in an absolutely incredible way. After a year, it broke. The continuous error at first I could bear, but now it doesn't work at all. It cannot absorb water and closes frequently, so the small blocks of ice it produces also melt quickly.
