I purchased the Sims nugget icemaker through walmart.com. I had it less than six months. It started screeching and sounding like the ball bearings were going out. I called walmart.com. They told me I had to have them credit card that I used to purchase the icemaker in which I had to close that account because I no longer have the credit card they said that they would contact me and let me use another credit card never got contacted today. I call and they give me an international phone number for Sims life to get it either repaired or replaced through them this has been the most ridiculous purchase I ever made. I can’t believe Walmart and or Sims won’t take care of this. I want an icemaker that works. I paid over $200 with shipping and handling to get this icemaker and now all it does is squawk and reached so loud and I clean it on a daily basis, but nothing seems to help. I would like to find out what sims life is going to do about this.

I purchased the Simzlife 34lbs/24H Nugget Ice Maker Countertop,Portable Ice Maker Machine with Auto-Cleaning, Black in December of 2024 as a Christmas gift, it was used as normal, was never moved and was kept clean and maintained. The ice maker worked great and loved how fast the ice was made but in July 2025 the machine stopped making ice. I contacted company via email as it stated when bought it had a 1 year warranty with normal use, no response AT ALL! We restarted the machine and waited and cleaned and nothing, we noticed the rotator where it spins to drop ice wasn’t moving, but the machine was cold. For the price we paid and for it not to last 1 year I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Even worse when the company or customer service can’t respond! Save your money for a better item.

Although the appearance seemed fair, the actual performance did not meet expectations. Initial ice blocks are acceptable, but subsequent production turns into a fragile snow cone.

I am very impressed with this ice cream machine. He is happy with the function that the ice does. However, shortly after use, it suddenly stopped working. I contacted the producer through and their customer service is exceptional, responding quickly and providing a solution. When I indicated that I could not change the water pump and would prefer to change the entire machine, they immediately agreed to the change. Today I received the new machine, tomorrow the installation will proceed. This machine fits perfectly on our counter and does not make much noise. I'm looking forward to using it.

The version I initially bought had a lower price, but the amount of ice was insufficient. This model is amazing! Very satisfied!
