I bought this dispenser in May 2023 but in Dec 2024 it had broken, water has stopped running out and I don't know what problem. It lasted only 1.5 year, for me its quality is bad!

mina Almost two years of good service stopped working the cool water buttom after days the hot and cold water buttom did the same. I search on YT a tutorial for fix it, and I cleaned the tubes blowing it, and now I have dirty water coming from the dispenser.

gsxrsquid I had the old style with the bottle on top. After a couple years the valve leaked and emptied the bottle on the floor. There was not way to get parts and fix it. We bought this one last month and are loving it. The bottles slide in the bottom so no need to lift them. We filter tap water and refill the bottles. Now we do not have to bother putting the caps on the bottle. Also with the old style as the water level drops it takes longer and long to fill a cup or bottle because it depends on gravity. This dispenser uses a pump and fills a 16 oz bottle in seconds. The buttons on top are easy to use. and it has hot cold and room temp water. And the hot water is great for my hot chocolate in the morning. This is the way to go!

My first unit lasted 9 years! I unfortunately had to replace it with this unit that is annoyingly noisy compared to the last one. I even had to move this one into another room because of the noise.

This is a nice water cooler. I like having the option for “cool” water that is perfect for using when room temperature water is needed. The cold water is very cold, much more so than my last water cooler. Two minor things I would want people to know: first, the filling spouts are a bit low. If you want to put the cooler on a stand or pedestal then this isn’t a big deal, but then you have into lift the bottle into the cooler rather than just slide it in. This is mitigated somewhat by the nice large shelf - you can put something down and then fill it. The second thing is very minor but I think depending on where you plan to locate this cooler, it is something to be aware of: the “” logo is huge and not subtle at all. We put a nice little rectangle of glossy black vinyl over it which effectively hides it from most angles. But if the logo was smaller, in black, and located on the door on the bottom, it probably wouldn’t have been necessary to hide it. On the whole though I’m happy with it and I hope it holds up well.

From unboxing to set up, is was a breeze! I like how you have the choice of hit, cold, and room temperature water. My last dispenser was only hot or cold. If there is something to improve with this unit is the power cord plug. A ninety-degree plug would be more convenient for plugging behind cabinets. Other than that, this unit is great. Plus, for the price, it is a great buy.

My hot water seal started dripping about a 3/4 a cup a day. Contacted customer service and ordered a $20 replacement part. They advised to use a paper clip and to try cleaning/reseating the seal - used a toothpick instead but didnt help. Will update after replacing seal. Owned for 2 1/2 years. 1 star off for build quality and 1 off for price of replacement part.Update:Replaced seal. I needed a spare zip tie which I had to secure the hose. Works as intended. Took 10 mins to replace. FYI, do this on an empty tank or you'll get water everywhere once you pull the old one off.

Amazing for the prices. I have had it for a little over a month and it has worked great. The cold water is ice cold and my daughter loves the room temp water. Have used the hot feature twice and yes it is very hot! Easy to assemble and fits different versions of five gallon jugs

This is EXACTLY what we wanted!! We had a bottom load water cooler before and it died so we purchased one with the water bottle on top. Although it worked fine, as we've gotten "older" it's just NOT FUN to get that 5 Gallon Water Bottle up there!! Especially when we are using our Glass Water Bottles!! The bottom load is SO EASY and you're not looking at an upside-down water bottle in your kitchen all day!! I really like the increased height for filling compared to our old unit!! Easily fills our tall insulated water bottles. Our last unit had the "cold" water option although, it was SO COLD it froze solid so we couldn't use it. As for the noise, we have yet to really hear much out of it at all. It's been Very Quiet!! Extremely Happy with our purchase.

I like the look, would prefer that it had only one spigot, occaforget it has 3 and wind up spilling water on floor. My fault, didn't catch that when I ordered. It's a bit noisy when you are using it. Settles down quickly.

The water dispenser looks great and works perfectly. We’ve been using the same water brand since we got it back in April. Last week we started tasting a metallic after taste, I tried to change the water container but the after taste is still there.I use the same water brand upstairs with a different dispenser and we don’t have this problem.Is anyone else having the same issue? Any suggestions?

I’ve had two of these now and the first one gave out after 4 years. But over all worth the money spent. If it starts leaking then just unplug it. Hopefully the second one lasts as long as the first one did.

Very easy to install. It took me 10 min from unpacking to pouring a cup. You do need to purchase your own water bottle separately. After install remember to run a small cup of water and toss out. Recomened in install manual. Mine came with a little scratch on the side. You could tell the packaging had some damage on it when it arrived. Not enough to make it unsightly since it's not an office cooler. I like the water temp options. Hot and cold works great. Only time it's not cold is when the red low level light is on and you've used most the water in reserve up already. Leaves very little water at bottom of bottle when empty. Less than 8oz

Looks nice in the family room, just installed the Unit today 11-10-24 and waiting to see how operative the hot water works. The Cooler it's self is nice has breathing room around the coils, just have to dust it monthly as we live in the desert and the dust bunnys build rapidly. Happy yo have invested in This water cooler and Price was great investment.

This is third water cooler I have owned first one to develope a leak within a month of use. Very disappointed in this product the other 2 I had for YEARS, never any kind of issue this one is NEW ALREADY HAVING TO REPLACE A LEAKING TAP VALVE! CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST THING MONDAY AM!!!
