Still works like a charm after 4 years with no maintenance, just lost the water catching tray for mine when I moved last year but that's it....totally recommend

This was not my first setup of a water cooler. For some reason, it wold not let me post video or photo! Installed Cooler according to directions. Placed 5 gallon jug in Cooler. Got up this AM to find my kitchen flooded and my 2 year old wood floor damaged! The Cooler is leveled, was not plugged in until water jug was in place. I am on Social security and 70 years old. I have no way to afford to replace the damaged part of my 2 year old wood floor!

Just got it today plugged it so far so good

My cold water option does not work well, my water is not cold. I still have to add ice to my water.
